Established in 1991, Fujian South Highway Machinery Co., Ltd. (NFLG) has been striving for becoming an international enterprise for 13 years. The headquarters of NFLG covers an area of 80,000 square meters. There are over 1,000 staff and about 150 sets of equipment from famous manufacturers. NFLG is the biggest professional manufacturer of mixing machinery and RMC mixing machinery and the backbone enterprise of construction machinery in China.
Tracing and absorbing the advanced techniques worldwide, we developed our own unique series of products under continuous improvement and innovation. Our main products are in four groups, soil mixing, concrete mixing, asphalt mixing and dry mortar mixing, which contain more than twenty types. They are sold all over China and are also exported to Southeast Asia with great appreciation from our customers. All our products play an important part in the ready mixed concrete markets, roads, hydropower stations and other infrastructure constructions in China. For example, LB3000 asphalt mixing plant won full marks in Jinzhu Highway construction. The audit team of Macao-Taipa Bridge Project gave full marks too on 2 sets of HZS60 concrete mixing plants from NFLG. Many other credits are given to our products by the local government.
Taking the advantages of rich experience, advanced equipment and modern management system, NFLG focuses on intensification of enterprise management and encourages continuous technology renovation. There are numerous achievements in NFLG. We developed the first mobile soil mixing plant in China in 1992, the first mobile concrete mixing plant in 1994, the first 180MT/h concrete mixing plant in 1998, the first asphalt mixing plant in NFLG in 1999, the first modular soil mixing plant and the first modular concrete mixing plant in 2000, and the first RMC plant with environment standards in 2003.
In 2001, NFLG passed ISO9001. We set up Alman S.r.l. in Italy and obtained experienced experts in Europe who design in parallel with the R&D centre in China and visit NFLG regularly for technical guidance. In the mean time, NFLG set up a global purchasing channel for business worldwide. In 2002, NFLG and Simem S.r.l. agreed on long-term relationship in technology and business. In the same year, NFLG established South Highway Machinery (Xiantao) Co., Ltd. In Hubei Province with an area of 200,000,000 square meters.
On April 2001, NFLG had an agreement with the Engineering College of Chang'an University for a Mixing Equipment Research Centre. Furthermore, NFLG established technical relations with various research facilities such as Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute, Fuzhou University, Hunan University and Research Institute of MOC. There is also a consultation team of over 10 professionals worldwide that provide regular assistance on R&D and manufacturing technique for great improvement.
On July 2001, the R&D Centre of NFLG is accredited as one of the Provincial R&D centers. There are about 100 engineers, among which 70 are senior engineers and 10 are experts in this line. They use computer-aided design technology such as AutoCAD, CAXA under control of PDM. Regular visits to overseas technology development enable continuous improvement of ability of our R&D centre. NFLG owns 14 national patents and is awarded as the Experimental Enterprise by Fujian Intellectual Properties Office.
