Ningbo Huyong Electric Power Material Co., Ltd. Is located in Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province. We are held by Ningbo Electric Industry Bureau.
We have convenient transportation facilities of airport, railway and highway. Our company is a new and high-tech enterprise, which has attained the ISO9001 certificate. We have AAA level of the credit evaluation. Our company has been brought into the second recommending list of " the main equipment, products and manufacturing companies for national town and country electrified wire netting construction and reformation" that is conducted by State Economic and Trade Commission.
Our company employs more than 360 staff, among whom there are 60 technicians in different specialties (12 senior technicians). We have a net asset of more than USD50,000,000. Covering an area of more than 80,000 square meters, our company has two steel tower factories, two galvanization factories and a thulium research institute.
Steel tower factories professionally produce electricity transmission towers (with voltage level of up to 500KV), steel attachments, microwave transmission towers and telecommunication towers (certificated by Ministry of Radio, Film and Television with "Manufacturing License of Microwave Transmission Tower and Telecommunication Tower"), cable racks and electric power metal tools. To extend the production scale of steel towers, our company has built a new plant of nearly 12000 square meters. The annual routine output reaches 70,000MT (the maximal annual output can reach 95,000MT).
The great improvement in production scale makes our company one of the 40 companies. We have obtained 500KV manufacturing licenses in China. Our company possesses different kinds of advanced equipment for production and testing, among which there are fifteen (15) automatically digital-controlled assembly lines. The steel structures are modeled with CAD drafting by computer, and produced on automatically digital-controlled assembly lines.
Galvanization factories have the first-class scale and output in Eastern China, adopting the advanced automatically-controlled thulium-zinc assembly lines that are built by Shenyang Autoimmunization Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The annual output reaches 85,000MT (monthly output reaches 7,000MT), which makes us the biggest company of this industry in Ningbo and Zhoushan districts. The new type products have features of surface reinforcement, surface prevention and surface beautification, and double antisepsis ability of the heat-zinc-plating products.
In 1997, our products were approved to reach the national advanced level by Ministry of Power Industry and our company was also recommended as the high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province. We cooperate with Chinese Academy of Sciences. The second national first-class galvanization workshop has been put into use.
Thulium research institution is a R&D institution specializing in the use of thulium-zinc-plating antisepsis ability. The institution has several technicians at medium or advanced level, who specialize in the research of thulium. In 2003, the R&D item for new thulium alloy plated coats was financed with Technical Innovation Fund by S&T Ministry of China. And our company won the support of "National Torch Project" in 2004.
Our company was approved with ISO9001 by Moody International Certification Co., Ltd. In 1998. All these bring our company tremendous business opportunities of electric power and telecommunication projects. Our products are exported to Burma, Bangladesh, Viet Nam, Laos, Philippines Indonesia, Pakistan, Syria, Iraq, Nepal, Nigeria, Sudan, Libya, Congo, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, BeiNing, Liberia and so on.
