Hangzhou Ownseas Pen Co., Ltd. Is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, highlighters and oil pastels.
Since our establishment in 2001, we have been manufacturing high quality, competitively priced ballpoint pens, gel pens, mechanical pens, highlighters, and oil pastels in various styles. Most importantly, we have capabilities for high-grade printing in our own factory, which sets us apart from the rest.
Our factory covers a total area of 15,000 square meters and we also operate several subsidiary factories. In the meantime, we can complete customized order according to clients' requests.
