Established in 2001, Baoding Aoyu Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of various kinds of machinery parts and general machinery products, such as car accessories, building, mining, medical treatment, textiles and hardware products. As a comprehensive enterprise integrated manufacturing and trading as a whole, we have two precision casting plants, two machining plants (one for general machining and the other for CNC machining) and one sand casting plant. Moreover, our main business covers casting, machining and surface treatment according to customers' drawings and other requirements, until the finished products are ready. Meanwhile, our sand casting plant can produce all kinds of gray iron and ductile cast iron products with a monthly output beyond 1000 tons, by adopting advanced technique of clay sand, resin sand and using general and mechanical moulding machines in molding. Our smelting equipment includes cupolas and electric furnaces.
Additionally, the precision casting plant can produce a broad variety of common carbon steel and alloy steel with the output exceeding 500 tons each month, and stainless steel products more than 100 tons. Besides, we have matching common machining and CNC machining workshops and surface treatment workshops for all of the above-mentioned products, such as workshops for paint coating, spraying and cathode electrophoresis. Currently, we have a complete set of quality control and process control procedures, experienced casting and machining engineers and powerful technical force in the concerned fields. Specifically, our quality target is good surface quality, steady dimension precision and regular material guarantee. As a result, our products are selling well in the North American, West European and Southeast Asian markets.
